Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

Delicious breakfast available. Exceptionally comfortable beds, a dining area, a sitting area and a work desk in the room. Location close enough to airport. Also, in the middle of jackson.

location: the hotel was short walk to airport. it also was in the middle of jackson. the rooms were clean and outstanding and a handy kitchenette was incredibly useful.

The hotel was great! The rooms were spacious and clean, and I liked that they had a kitchenette with everything I needed. The staff was very friendly and helpful too, and always made sure we had everything we needed. Plus, the location was perfect - it was close to the airport, and there were plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. , the pool area was really nice and relaxing, which was definitely a plus.

The breakfast - it wasn't always warm and sometimes was cold. , the bed was a bit small, I would have preferred a king size.

There were a microwave oven, a dishwasher and coffee & tea making machines in the big size and exceptionally nice room. Even the Del Bajio International airport was not so far, 15 minutes drive away;)))

The manager was particularly helpful and made sure everything was in order. The facility is also in a great location and the hotel itself is fairly new. The room I stayed in was fresh, clean, and modern, with amenities such as a full-sized refrigerator, stove burners, and even a dishwasher. The pool was nice and there was an area for grilling, perfect for cook-outs. The hotel also offers a free shuttle to the airport, which was very convenient. The internet connection was reliable and fast. my experience at Staybridge Suites was truly a luxury hotel experience.

One drawback of my stay was the small size of the bed. I would have preferred a king-size bed for more comfort.

The free shuttle to the airport was a great convenience and the internet connection was excellent. we had a truly luxurious experience at this hotel.

During Christmas, I stayed at a hotel that had very comfortable beds and an amazing hot tub. The staff was very friendly, and the location of the hotel was superb. The hotel offered free breakfast which was delightful, and they even gave us fresh towels every day.

There were a couple of things that I didn't like. the room had a bad smell that wouldn't go away no matter how many times they cleaned it.

This hotel is perfect for families with kids who like to cook on their own. The rooms have modern décor, a full-sized refrigerator, stove burners, dishwasher, and all kitchen utensils. there are facilities like a pool, basketball court, and grilling area for cook-outs. Guests can also enjoy free shuttle service to the airport on request. The staff is helpful and accommodating, and they went out of their way to prepare food for hungry guests arriving late at night.

The hotel wouldn't let a guest stay past their check-out time even though they had been promised an extra hour.
